Personal data

The site collects personal data in two cases only, at the visitor's own initiative: the contact form (name, email address, message — used solely to process the enquiry) and the newsletter sign-up form (email address, used solely to send the newsletter, with unsubscription possible at any time). The contact form is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile; the newsletter is operated through the Mailchimp platform, acting as processor. No data is transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, any person whose data may be processed in the course of an exchange has a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection, which they may exercise with the Foundation.
